How to Use the Universal Tool: This calculator allows you to solve for the missing piece of your training puzzle. Input any two fields to find the third:
Targeting a Goal Time? Enter your Distance and desired Total Time to find your required Pace.
Testing Your Limits? Enter your Pace and Total Time to see exactly how much distance you can cover.
Analyzing a Set? Enter your Distance and Time to get your Pace per 100.
