The YogiTriathlete Podcast: Coach Craig On Taking Risks, Failure and Swimming!

Recently I had the pleasure of talking to Jess and BJ from YogiTriathlete on their podcast. We had an awesome conversation and talked about many different topics from swimming the English Channel to being totally zen while swimming. You can listen to the podcast below. Talking to Jess and BJ was a lot of fun! Hearing about their triathlon and ultra marathon running experiences was incredibly interesting and there were was a great deal of overlap with my journey and experiences.
