Swim Drill: Swimming & Business Travel
Sometimes work can get in the way of your swimming! If you have to travel for work and there are no regular pools around to train in, then you are going to have to get creative! If you are a swimmer or triathlete on the go and you find that you are running into this issue, then I have the solution for you! This video shows you how I get my workouts in when I have to travel for business.
More often than not I get stuck swimming in some strange sized pools, but I still need to get my workouts in. This is a demonstration of a cheap and easy way to get your training in, no matter the pool size.
